Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@zubuhub.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
