6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only — no refunds or returns. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@zubuhub.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

7. No Refund Policy

Please note that ZUBUHUB does not offer monetary refunds. All eligible claims will be resolved through product exchange only.
